Pallavi Gogoi
Pallavi Gogoi, An Advocate practicing in High Court at Calcutta, its Subordinate courts and Tribunals, she got enrolled with the State Bar Council in November 2011 and has been practicing since January 2012. She appeared for and cleared her AIBE (All India Bar Examination) in March, 2012.
Ms Gogoi is an advocate primarily doing Civil, Constitutional and Commercial matters.
Her practice area encompasses Suits, Arbitration, Service matters, Industrial disputes, Consumer disputes, Matrimonial disputes, Criminal matters, Armed Forces matters, Trademark matters and Company matters. She has vast experience of Corporate law as a consultant to many companies.
Pallavi is also a member of the NCLT Bar Association, Kolkata and is the Executive Member of the Indian Law Institute, (ILI), WBSU since the year 2019.
Apart from practicing in Kolkata, West Bengal which is her base city, Ms Gogoi has expanded her area of practice to Northeast as well and has been doing civil & criminal matters in North East since 2018.
